Blow to Congleton High Street as popular store is set to close

According to reports the B&M store on Congleton High Street is set to close soon. Stock is being run down and the shop could close in a matter of weeks.

Local residents have taken to social media to give their reaction to the news, one saying "very sad" , whilst another said "Gutted, pop in most days! Lovely staff. Such a terrible shame".

The staff will be relocated to the groups other stores including their additional Congleton branch on Viking Way retail park.
