CCTV issued after car and bike stolen in separate robberies
We have issued CCTV of two men we wish to speak to after a car and a bike were stolen in Stoke-on-Trent.
It happened just after 8pm on 28 August on Liverpool Road, Abbey Hulton. The owner of a white VW Golf was threatened by two men. They took his car.
Then, about 15 minutes later on Woodhead Road, a teenage boy riding a push bike was approached by the two men.
They took the pushbike but left the Golf they had just stolen abandoned at the scene.
Both of the victims were not hurt but were left shaken by what happened.
Officers recovered the car and have been carrying out enquiries in the area to trace both of the suspects. We can now release a CCTV image of two people we want to speak to.
Both of the suspects were described as white. One of them was wearing a grey top, black tracksuit bottoms and was bald. The other one was wearing a black tracksuit and had ginger hair.
