Cheshire East rated No.1

According to a new report to be released tomorrow (13th April), Cheshire East has been rated as the most prosperous non-metropolitan area in the North West,

The UK Prosperity Index measures 256 indicators to rank the country’s 379 local authority areas and will be used to measure the government’s promise to ‘level-up’ long-neglected towns across England.

Cheshire East came out as number one in the North West and in the whole country ranked at 75th.
