Fallen telehandler blocks Macclesfield street

Firefighters from Congleton were called following reports of a fallen crane on Waters Green, Macclesfield, on Monday.

On arrival the crew found that a telehandler around 14 metres tall had fallen.

No injuries have been reported.

A number of nearby premises were evacuated.

The crew assisted with recovery of the telehandler.

A number of nearby roads were also closed to assist with the incident
