Nominate your Congleton Covid-19 Hero

Do you know someone who has gone the extra mile to help others during the pandemic? If so, you can now nominate them for a Congleton Coronavirus Civic Award.

You can nominate anyone who works or lives in Congleton who you believe has made that extra effort to help others through the pandemic. The Town Council is keen to recognise businesses, groups, organisations, volunteers and young people who have undertaken something extraordinary during the pandemic.

The fantastic work of all nominees will be recognised with a certificate from the Congleton Town Mayor. Civic Award recipients will be selected by an independent panel. Winners from each group will be invited to a reception at the Town Hall when Covid restrictions allow. This is likely to be late June.

To nominate a person, group, business or community organisation download the form below and send to info@congleton-tc.gov.uk. Paper forms are also available from the Congleton Information Centre at the front of the Town Hall.
