Take That and Party in Congleton Town Hall

It’s going to be the ‘Greatest Day’ for Take That fans as Congleton Town Council presents the world’s Number 1 Take That tribute act. ‘Rule The World’ will take to the stage at Congleton Town Hall on Friday 6 October. Now in their 15th year of touring, the officially acclaimed band will perform an amazing show which you will truly ‘Never Forget’!

Join in the fun and be part of the action, the band are guaranteed to relight your fire playing all of Take That’s greatest hits. The event has been organised by Congleton Town Council’s Town Centre and Events Officer, Rachel McCarthy, and any profit from the event will be ring-fenced for future town events. Rachel said: “Doors open at 6.30pm with the show starting at 7.30pm. The talented three-piece will play two spectacular 45-minute sets. The Town Hall has a licensed bar and large dance floor so there will be plenty of room for dancing and partying all night long. Tickets cost £18 per person available from the Congleton Information Centre and online at We hope this will be the first of many fund-raising tribute events at the Town Hall.”

The award-winning number 1 Take That tribute band recently appeared alongside Nicole Kidman, Hugh Bonneville, Julie Walters and the real Take That on BBC1’s ‘The Graham Norton Show’. After hearing lead singer Dan Maines speak, a stunned Gary Barlow said in amazement “He sounds like me!” Gary then also praised the band saying, “These guys are good!”

Rule The World have also been featured on ITV1′s ‘Daybreak’ and have had rave reviews from many people including TV personality Ricky Tomlinson, Denise Van Outen Gary Barlow himself who tweeted the band to say he thought they are “brilliant”. They are the ONLY Take That tribute show in the land to have ever been praised by Take That’s lead singer! The band have performed at many prestigious events around the world.
