3.3 magnitude Eathquake hits the Staffordshire Moorlands

The British geological survey have plotted the epicentre as 7km below Tean
The British geological survey has confirmed an Earthquake that hit the Staffordshire Moorlands last night.
At 9:21pm resident across Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent reported feeling the tremors with it being felt by residents in Cheadle, Biddulph, Leek and Stoke-on-Trent
The British geological survey have confirmed the epicentre of the earthquake was in Tean and had a magnitude of 3.3
The BGS said they have received several reports from residents throughout the region, mainly from within around 20 km of the epicentre. Reports described "an initial rumbling then a bang", "felt more like a shunt, like something had hit something" and "the windows and doors all rattled".
