Appeal after officers find 60 cannabis plants at home

We are appealing for information after officers found 60 cannabis plants at a house in Stoke-on-Trent.

Just before 12.30am this morning (Friday 26 April), we were called to an address near Moorland Road, Burslem, following reports of a break-in.

After going to the scene, we discovered 60 cannabis plants.

The plants have been seized and enquiries are ongoing to find out who is responsible.

If you have any information that can help us, please get in touch. You can call us on 101, quoting 010 of 26 April, or message us using Live Chat on our website.

You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Work across the county is continuing as part of our proactive efforts to tackle organised drug cultivation in Staffordshire. To read more about what we’ve been doing and for tips on how you can spot the signs of a cannabis grow, visit: Cannabis farms | Staffordshire Police
