Astound 21 Art exhibition on until 19th June

The Leek Astound 21 exhibition is open from 29th May – 19th June, the exhibition features the final project artwork from acclaimed 3rd year Foundation Degree students who have studied at Leek School of Art, Buxton and Leek College.

The work is exhibited in the stunning original Leek School of Art Sugden building which perfectly complements the exceptional and varied artworks.

Town Mayor, Lyn Swindlehurst, was invited to attend. The Mayor spent an informative time with the artists and was incredibly impressed with their work. Lyn commented, ‘I would highly recommend a visit to the exhibition'.

Lyn continued 'Go along and chat to the artists and soak in the atmosphere purpose built building, and appreciate some exemplary talent and varied pieces of artwork’.
