Biddulph Moor Rotary Community Lights Switch On Party 3rd December 2022

Churnet Sound Radio were very pleased to be invited by Biddulph Rotary Club to be at the event at the Biddulph Village Hall. It was a great event with Gracie Radulovic singing 4 great songs live on stage. The Biddulph Moor Scouts were serving great burgers and hot dogs and the children’s funfair rides were in full swing. Inside the Hall there was various stalls selling all sorts of great wares and of course there was teas and mince pies available beside a bar. The event was buzzing with people enjoying themselves. The countdown was performed by Mayor of Biddulph Councillor Jim Garvey and his Mayoress Mrs Sue Garvey, the President of the Biddulph Rotary Club Ken Fallows and Pupils from the Biddulph Moor First School at 6pm and the tree was lit up. Santa then arrived in his sleigh with the decorated Tractors and children went to visit him in his sleigh. A great time was had by all.
