BOGLE SIGNS FOR RAILWAYMEN
CREWE Alexandra have announced the signing of striker Omar Bogle.
The 30-year-old former Wigan and Cardiff man has agreed a two-year deal at Mornflake Stadium.
Bogle made his name at Grimsby Town where his goals earned a big money move to Wigan Athletic in 2017.
Then, he switched to Cardiff City in a £1m deal and helped the Welsh club to win promotion to the Premier League in 2018.
The 6ft 2ins target man enjoyed loan spells at the likes of Portsmouth and Birmingham, before spending time with Charlton, Doncaster and Hartlepool.
In 2022 he signed for Newport County, scoring 19 goals in his first campaign with the Welsh outfit.
Now Bogle has joined The Railwaymen as a free agent to become Lee Bell’s fifth senior signing of the summer.
