CITY BOW OUT OF CARABAO CUP

STOKE City bowed out of the Carabao Cup after a 2-0 defeat at the Vitality Stadium to Bournemouth.

Goals in the second half for Solanke on 51 minutes and Rothwell three minutes later on 54 minutes sealed the victory for the Premiership side which puts them into the fourth round of the competition.
