Congleton Museum, a much-loved cultural institution nestled in the heart of Cheshire celebrates its 21st Birthday this year. To mark this important milestone, the

museum is hosting a series of special events to mark the occasion.

05/08 – Party at the Museum – All Day 08/08 – Night at the Museum – 7pm-9pm 10/08 - Night at the Museum – 7pm-9pm

The museum was opened in 2002, by a group of dedicated volunteers and history

enthusiasts. Over two decades later, the museum is still thriving, showcasing a range of rare historical artifacts, coin hoards, and so much more. The museum has become a hub for not only cultural, but community activity, and has welcomed thousands of visitors over the years.

Join us on the 5th of August for Party at the Museum. This FREE family friendly celebration will include music, cake, party activities and a whole lot of fun! Festivities will commence all day long, so pop in to celebrate Congleton Museum with us in style.

Join us after-hours from 7pm-9pm on the 8th and 10th of August for Night at the Museum: Celebrating 21 Years. Tickets are £11.50 and include a talk on how the museum has changed over time, some of our latest acquisitions, and the Roman hoards. This is an exclusive event that you're not going to want to miss. All tickets include nibbles and a complementary glass of fizz, a non-alcoholic option will also be available. This is the same event on two different dates. To book email info@congletonmuseum.co.uk.
