District council double fly tipping penalty

Staffordshire Moorlands district council have increased the penalty for fly tipping across the district. The penalty which was £200 has now been doubled at the district council cabinet meeting held last week.

The new £400 penalty is the maximum allowed and is the penalty for unlawful depositing of waste.
