Embello sees sharp rise in productivity and business thanks to 100% training grant Tamworth-based Embello says that training wouldn't gave been an option without their Staffordshire Means Back to Business Scheme grant The UK's fastest growing printing, promotion and workwear company has been able to better fulfil customer requirements and even move to a 24 hour turnaround thanks to the grant that paid for 100% of his staff's training. Over 600 Staffordshire businesses have already benefited from the training grants. Utilising the grant and the training expertise of the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Skills Hub has allowed Embello to implement a strategy to source and offer products that meet the needs of their customers and the planet. These eco-friendly changes will benefit the business, and the wider community, for years to come. Director Kyle Raffo said: “Requesting a grant through the Skills Hub is a simple, straightforward application process in which support is provided throughout. Professional, high-quality training was gained as part of the Skills Hub funding. I recommend this service without question." 100% training grants (up to £5,000 which goes a long way) are based on a first-come first served basis and are still available to businesses based in the district and boroughs of Lichfield, Tamworth and South Staffordshire.
