Man arrested following attempted car theft from car dealership



A man has been arrested following an attempted car theft from a dealership in Stoke-on-Trent.

We got a call to Dividy Road, Bentilee, just after 11.15pm yesterday (Tuesday 26 March) after two men were seen getting into a number of cars at the garage.

Officers quickly went to the scene and stopped a man in the area.

A 27-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft. He remains in custody.

CCTV shows another man, wearing red jogging bottoms, heading in the direction of Park Hall Road following the incident. We are carrying out enquiries to try and find him.
