Man arrested following disturbance

We have arrested a man following a disturbance at a business in Leek.

We were called at 7.30pm yesterday (Tuesday 12 March) to reports of a man forcing his way into an address on Novi Lane after damaging three vehicles. Further damage was caused to items inside the address.

A 35-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and criminal damage. He remains in custody today while enquiries continue.
