Manic Street Preachers to headline Trentham Live

MANIC STREET PREACHERS will headline the 2024 Trentham Live four day event on Saturday 17th August. Set in a unique lakeside setting, the band will be returning to the Trentham Estate for the first time since 1998.  

Manic Street Preachers are one of the most influential and iconic rock bands to have come out of Wales. Formed in Blackwood they have gone on to release 14 studio albums and have headlined countless festivals including Glastonbury, T in the Park, V Festival and Reading & Leeds. They have won eleven NME Awards, eight Q Awards and four BRIT Awards and were also nominated for the Mercury Prize and the MTV Europe Music Awards.

Trentham Live has established itself as a Summer event on the UK festival calendar, drawing music enthusiasts from far and wide, promising a memorable weekend for music lovers of all ages.

Manic Street Preachers will make a huge return to Trentham in 2024, having performed at the Trentham Hall on 21 September 1998. Trentham are offering the first 14 people who can prove that they were in attendance at the 1998 concert to get their tickets for the original 1998 ticket price of just £14! The event is now hailed as a firm family favourite in the event calendar, with a growing number of families choosing it as their first live music experience with young children along with a great selection of food vendors.
