MOORE LEAVE NEWCASTLE TOWN

NEWCASTLE Town asked Paul Moore to stand down as manager on Wednesdy morning with immediate effect.

We would like to place on record our thanks to Paul for all his efforts during his eight-month spell at the club, in particular his success in helping us stave off relegation at the end of last season with only three games remaining, two of which were against top eight sides.

We thank Paul for his professionalism and positivity throughout his tenure at the club, and would like to wish him all the best for the future.
