Person hit by a train at Congleton

Unfortunately it is being reported that a person has been hit by a train at Congleton. Because of this services are affected.
Northern Rail report:
Due to the emergency services dealing with an incident between Macclesfield and Stoke-On-Trent all lines are blocked.
How does it affect your service:
Train services running through these stations will be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or terminated at and started back from Macclesfield. Congleton, Kidsgrove and Longport will not be served. Disruption is expected until 14:00 24/06.
Our advice to our customers:
Due to emergency services dealing with an incident trains are unable to run between Macclesfield and Stoke-On-Trent.
No estimate for when the line will reopen.
Road transport has been requested at Macclesfield and Stoke-On-Trent- and will operate as follows,
12.45 - Macclesfield, Congleton, Kidsgrove and Stoke-on -Trent provided by Mostonian and Holmes Wood Travel
12.45 - Stoke-on Trent , Kidsgrove, Congleton and Macclesfield, provided by Mostonian and Holmes Wood Travel
13.45 - Macclesfield, Congleton, Kidsgrove and Stoke-on -Trent provided by Mostonian and Holmes Wood Travel
13.45 - Stoke-on Trent , Kidsgrove, Congleton and Macclesfield, provided by Mostonian and Holmes Wood Travel
Ticket acceptance has been agreed with East Midland Railway between Stoke-On-Trent and Crewe.
Passengers are advised to listen for announcements and check information screens for up dates where possible for your service today.
