The work that has been put in to produce this exhibition is amazing, hours and hours of detailed work by Jenny Unsworth local historian, community volunteer and other volunteers. All the detailed houses that have been built (the model is an example of what it might have looked like back in c.1272) and all the information around the room Containing loads of information about old Congleton and wool crafts of olden days.

There is a talk on Friday 8/7/22 by Dr David Roffe and Jenny Unsworth at the Town Hall from 7pm to 8.30pm. Tickets are available at the Congleton Information Centre and are £5.00 for adults and £2.00 for children (16 years and under)includes complimentary drink on arrival.

This exhibition is open to the public on the 9/7/22. Go along and find out about the history of Congleton - FREE ENTRY and opening hours are 10am until 2pm
