Police appeal after thousands of pounds worth of jewellery stolen from Leek market unit
Police are appealing for information after thousands of pounds worth of jewellery was stolen from a family business in Leek.
Between Saturday 7 October and Wednesday 11 October a unit at Leek Market, on Derby Street, was targeted by thieves.
They forced their way into a safe containing jewellery after breaking in. They then ransacked display cabinets and drawers, taking further items.
Police are appealing to anyone that may have witnessed any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area at the time to contact them. They would also like to hear from anyone with CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage from the area.I
