Production company set to hit the silver- screen and grow, thanks to fully-funded business support
A new business in Eccleshall near Stafford is set to hit the silver-screen thanks to the Get Started scheme for new businesses.
The Green Eye Production Academy is the brainchild of producer and founder Julie Daly-Wallman, who has worked in the film industry for over 30 years. The business works on screen plays, films, books, stage scripts and more in an eco-friendly way. Drawing inspiration from the Eccelshall countryside, Julie and her team are currently working on making 'Genuine Fakes', a movie based on the life of the infamous John Myatt, who masterminded possibly the largest art fraud of the twentieth century. Realising a gap in funding and the need to draw more sales form their online shop, Julie and the team received fully-funded support from the county council's 'Get Started' scheme that supports new and young businesses with business, marketing and accountancy support to help them develop and grow.
