Update from Biddulph GP as restrictions change

As coronavirus restrictions ease on Monday, Biddulphdoctors have informed people that they won’t experience any change.

in a statement on their social media they said

“Throughout the pandemic Biddulphdoctors has strived to make the surgery as safe as possible for all our patients and staff. We will continue to do so going forward.

From the 19th July nothing will change at the surgery and we will continue to follow infection prevention control guidance from Public Health England. We would ask that patients still continue to wear face coverings and socially distance and staff will continue to wear PPE. The number of patients allowed in the waiting room will also continue to be restricted. We do understand that this can be frustrating but we know that when people come to us they are unwell and vulnerable.

We have come so far in trying to minimise the impact of covid and to keep the practice open. We are sure you understand that we need to keep the surgery as safe as possible for both patients and staff and to continue with the services we offer.”
