Van fire in Sandbach

Cheshire fire service reports of a van being on fire in Ruscoe Avenue, Sandbach.

On arrival a crew from Sandbach Fire Station found the vehicle well alight on the roadway.

A firefighter wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire with a hose reel jet.

The van was then damped down to make it safe.
